Today I had my first session of Regenera activa hair treatment with Dr Kwan and I am genuinely impressed by the knowledge of Dr Kwan and the service of the whole team. Dr Kwan was very detailed in his explanation of the procedure and was very patient and reassuring in answering any doubts or questions I have. I also shared with doctor my concerns with my dark eye circles and how it made me look old and tired. Dr Kwan recommended filler injection and I loved how it made me look much brighter and younger after the procedure!

I started my regular facial at Cheongdam after my friend recommended me. The staff here are friendly and also professional. They will check my skin condition before my facial begins and they will recommend what steps I need to do for that day depending on my skin condition. Before the facial begins, they will explain the steps clearly. I like that there is no hard selling from this clinic, unlike others that I visited before. Highly recommend Cheongdam clinic if you don’t have a regular clinic for your facial.

The clinic has a really pleasant and nice atmosphere. Everything is very clean and bright and the staff is very helpful! Xiao Yan made sure to explain my skin condition to me and the products that would be better suited for my skin and went through the procedure with me so that I would understand what was going on. Dr Kwan was my doctor for the day and he was patient in explaining my condition and how the laser treatment works. He was very gentle during the treatment and was constantly asking if I experienced any discomfort. I highly recommend this place! 🙂

Had very and super good results from their Pico laser program. I did lasers in other clinics but doctor here spends more time and focus in doing a good job. Results are so satisfying that I intend to return to get a package. I find all their staff quite good in explanation and seems quite knowledgeable, the therapist who applied the skin booster for me provided quite helpful tips on taking of my skin after the laser. Highly recommend this clinic.
