Pico Mix & Match - Pico Laser Singapore
The Pico Mix & Match Programme is Cheongdam’s signature personalised skin management programme, inspired by the authentic Korean mix-and-match treatment concept.
Each session pairs a laser core treatment, Pico Laser or Yellow Laser, with two intensive skin treatments, so your skin is prepared, treated and looked after in one appointment rather than three separate ones.
Your doctor and skin management therapist will customise each session based on your skin concerns and how your skin responds.
What Is the Pico Mix & Match Programme?
The Pico Mix & Match Programme is Cheongdam’s signature personalised skin management programme, inspired by the authentic Korean mix-and-match treatment concept.
Each session is designed with a laser core treatment, paired with two intensive skin treatments, which may be:
- one pre-treatment and one post-treatment,
- two pre-treatments, or
- two post-treatments.
The flexible structure allows multiple skin concerns to be addressed in a single, carefully curated session.
The programme focuses on optimising laser results, while supporting skin preparation, recovery, and overall skin health, rather than treating concerns in isolation.
What Is Included in Every Pico Mix & Match Session?
Each Pico Mix & Match session includes 1 Laser Core Treatment, which can be either Pico-Toning Laser or Yellow-Toning Laser, paired with 2 Intensive Skin Treatments configured as pre- and post-treatment, two pre-treatments, or two post-treatments.
You’ll also receive Personalised Skincare Advice with tailored recommendations provided after the session. All treatment combinations are selected based on professional skin assessment.
The Standard Programme: Toning-Mode Lasers
The standard programme uses toning-mode lasers designed for gradual skin improvement with minimal discomfort. Toning lasers are generally well tolerated and do not require numbing.
- Pico-Toning Laser: Targets dull skin, mild pigmentation, pores, uneven texture, and skin clarity.
- Yellow-Toning Laser: Reduces redness, acne-related inflammation, post-acne redness, and boosts overall skin radiance.
Full Laser Upgrade
For deeper or more stubborn skin concerns, the programme may be upgraded to a full laser treatment, subject to assessment. Because full laser treatments use higher energy levels, topical numbing is required for comfort.
- Full Pico Laser: Treats deeper pigmentation, acne scars, enlarged pores, and skin texture refinement.
- Full Yellow Laser: Helps reduce pronounced redness, vascular concerns, and rosacea-related flushing.
Pre- & Post-treatment Options
One pre- and one post-treatment from the intensive skin treatments will be chosen, depending on skin needs:
| Treatment | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Ageless Skin Therapy | An anti-ageing treatment that stimulates collagen production to improve skin firmness, smooth fine lines and support skin recovery after laser treatments. |
| Aquapeel Plus | A hydrating, exfoliating treatment that deep-cleanses and removes impurities, leaving skin fresh and refined. |
| Astrodome + Medical Mask | LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy paired with a medical-grade mask to calm and revitalise skin, suited to post-laser recovery and hydration. |
| Double Moisture Therapy | Intense hydration that delivers a surge of moisture, restoring suppleness and reducing dryness after laser treatment. |
| Double Peel Therapy | A dual-action exfoliating treatment that renews the skin surface, promoting smooth, radiant skin and supporting laser results. |
| Extraction (15 minutes) + Anti-Bac Plasma | Gentle extraction with antibacterial plasma, targeting clogged pores to reduce breakouts and help maintain clear skin post-laser. |
| Ionto Ultra Whitening | Brightens and evens out skin tone using whitening technology, enhancing the lightening effects of Pico Laser. |
| Medical High-Frequency Treatment | Uses high-frequency energy to unclog pores and reduce impurities, allowing the laser to penetrate more effectively. |
| IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Toning | Improves skin tone, reduces pigmentation, and refines texture, working alongside Pico Laser for clarity and brightness. |
| O2 Inhale + HA (Hyaluronic Acid) Gel Mask | Replenishes oxygen and deeply hydrates the skin, supporting a healthy glow and aiding recovery and moisture retention post-laser. |
| Oxygen Multi-Vit Spray | Delivers a burst of vitamins and oxygen to the skin, boosting radiance and revitalisation as a follow-up to laser treatment. |
Pico and Yellow Laser Modes: What Each One Does
Pico Laser is available as Pico Toning or Full Pico Laser. Where Yellow Laser is more suitable for your skin, for example when redness or acne-related inflammation is the main concern, it can be selected as the laser core instead, in either Yellow Toning or Full Yellow Laser mode. Your doctor will recommend the laser and mode at consultation.

Toning Laser or Full Laser Upgrade?
Toning-mode lasers are gentler: no numbing, minimal downtime. A full laser upgrade offers a more targeted approach, with settings tailored to your skin concerns. Topical numbing may be used for comfort, and temporary redness, swelling or localised crusting may occur.
Your doctor will assess whether an upgrade is suitable during consultation, not at the time of booking.
Who Is the Pico Mix & Match Programme For?
Suitability and treatment outcomes vary depending on your individual skin condition. Certain concerns may require specific laser modes or a full laser upgrade, which will be advised during consultation.

What the Session Is Like
Here’s what to expect:
Step 1. Consultation and Skin Assessment
Our aesthetic doctor and skin management therapist assess your skin condition and recommend the most suitable laser mode and two intensive skin treatments.
Step 2. Intensive Skin Treatments
Selected pre-treatment(s) may be performed first to cleanse, exfoliate, or prepare the skin.
Step 3. Laser Core Treatment
The chosen laser (Pico-Toning, Yellow-Toning, or full laser upgrade) is delivered using customised settings. Numbing is applied if a full laser upgrade is selected.
Step 4. Intensive Skin Treatments
Post-treatment(s) are applied to soothe, hydrate, repair, or optimise the laser results.
Step 5. Aftercare and Skincare Advice
Personalised aftercare and skincare routine advice are provided. A treatment plan may include multiple sessions depending on the concern being treated.
How the Session Feels
Toning-mode lasers are generally described as a mild warmth or light snapping sensation on the skin, and most people find them easy to sit through without numbing.
A full laser upgrade is more intense, so topical numbing is applied beforehand for comfort.
The two intensive skin treatments on either side of your laser are typically the more relaxing part of the session: most are hydrating, calming, or exfoliating in nature, and many patients find this part of the appointment comfortable.
Every description here is typical rather than guaranteed; sensitivity varies from person to person.
Downtime and Aftercare
Here’s what typically happens after the procedure.
What to Expect Afterwards
For the standard toning programme, downtime is minimal. You can generally resume your normal routine straight away, though your skin may look slightly flushed for a short while. If you’ve had a full laser upgrade, redness/swelling is more likely and may take longer to settle.
Aftercare Basics
Whichever laser mode you’ve had, the basics are the same: gentle cleansing, a good moisturiser, and daily broad-spectrum sun protection. Sun protection matters more than usual in Singapore’s climate, since UV exposure is strong and consistent year-round, and freshly treated skin is more reactive to it.
Our team will guide you on when to resume makeup based on your treatment and skin’s recovery. Allow any redness or irritation to settle first, and use clean brushes and applicators when you
Aftercare instructions will be provided, and our team will follow up closely to check on your skin’s recovery and address any concerns.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
This depends on what you’re treating, how established the concern is, and how your skin responds along the way, which is why the programme is usually recommended as a series rather than a single visit.
You may need fewer sessions for general skin rejuvenation, while more established concerns such as acne scarring often require a series of treatments. The exact number depends on your skin and the concern being treated.
This ties back to how our programme is designed: it’s built to support your skin’s preparation, recovery, and long-term health over time, not to treat a single concern in isolation. We will map out a realistic session plan for your specific skin at consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Pico Mix & Match Programme?
The Pico Mix & Match Programme is Cheongdam’s personalised skin management programme that combines one laser core treatment with two intensive skin treatments in a single session, to address multiple skin concerns holistically.
What does each session include?
Each session includes either Pico-Toning or Yellow-Toning Laser as the core treatment, paired with two intensive skin treatments (pre-treatment, post-treatment, or a combination of both), along with personalised aftercare advice.
Is Pico Laser always included?
Yes. Every Pico Mix & Match session includes a laser core treatment. The laser type and mode are selected based on your skin condition and goals, and can be switched to Yellow Laser if that’s deemed more suitable for your skin’s needs.
What is the difference between toning laser and full laser?
Toning lasers are gentler, with no numbing needed. Full laser treatments use optimised energy and settings for deeper concerns such as stubborn pigmentation, acne scars, enlarged pores, skin texture, or pronounced redness, and require topical numbing.
Can I choose two pre-treatments or two post-treatments?
Yes. The programme is flexible and allows two pre-treatments, two post-treatments, or one of each, depending on what your skin needs most.
Is Pico Mix & Match suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, when properly assessed. Calming, hydrating, and barrier-supporting treatments can be selected for sensitive or reactive skin types.
How do I know which combination is right for me?
A professional consultation is required. Your aesthetics doctor and skin management therapist will assess your skin and recommend the most suitable laser mode and treatment combination.
How much does the Pico Mix & Match cost?
Sessions start from $188 nett; final pricing depends on your combination. Book a consultation for an accurate quote based on the combination that suits your skin.
Is the Pico Mix & Match programme painful?
The standard toning programme is generally well tolerated and doesn’t need numbing. A full laser upgrade uses settings tailored to the concern being treated, so topical numbing is applied beforehand for comfort. Discomfort varies from person to person.
How is this different from booking Pico Laser on its own?
A standalone Pico Laser session treats one concern with the laser alone. Pico Mix & Match adds two intensive skin treatments around the laser, so your skin is also prepared and cared for in the same visit, which supports the laser results rather than just the immediate concern.
Can I change my treatment combination between sessions?
Yes. Your combination isn’t fixed. It’s reassessed at each visit, so your intensive treatments and laser mode can change as your skin’s needs change over time.
